SeattleHomeWay Newsletter
A useful note for people who keep an eye on homes.
Not every email needs to be a market report. Some months it may be a buyer tip, a home-care reminder, a good local event, or a short note on what changed around Greater Seattle.
Usually monthly or seasonal. No daily noise.

May notes from greater Seattle

Three quick things from this month —
- 1East-side DOM has stopped falling. Median 21 days in Bellevue this April vs 17 in March. Not panic, but worth slowing down a tour week.
- 2Sewer scope before May. Roots move with the spring soil. If you are touring a pre-1985 home, ask about scope cost before the offer, not after.
- 3Weekend idea: 520 trail at dusk through Bellevue's Wilburton corridor. The new mid-rise feel is real.
As always — if any of this maps to a listing you are watching, send it over and I will tell you what I would check first.
